## Why kids should learn to code?

Every kid is gifted with some special ability. Some are gifted with the perfect brain to understand and imagine the next chess moves and become a grandmaster one day; others have brains that are designed to solve physics equations and they land on Moon one day, and some others are just great at talking and convincing their thoughts, go on to become head their countries one day! But what is common in these great minds?

### PROBLEM-SOLVING!

All these minds are solving extremely complex problems everyday in their respective fields.** After all, the one who gives the perfect solution in minimum time is the winner.** So, if we know this mantra to be successful, why don't we teach that one skill to our kids and make them the best in their respective fields? Well, you of course want to do it. But the question is how?** How does one get to know which field student is destined to go to; rather than which field his brain is made for? **There is no way to know that. And that's where a maximum of parents stuck!

So how to solve this problem? There's one way to teach them that one skill that won't give the direct solution to this problem but which will prepare kids' mindset to work in the direction of the solution. It is coding! Coding forces students to think. Till the time one doesn't sit and think about the next word he is going to write and probable error he might get if he doesn't write the correct spelling of it, he won't get the output! So basically he always has to keep his mind awake when he is writing a code. Now, what is writing a code mean? While writing a simple and small code to identify whether a number is prime or not, he is solving the problem of repetitive counting of numbers would have taken lots of effort and a huge amount of time. Before he starts writing the code, he needs to have a strategy to solve the problem. It also can be called an Algorithm in technical terms. Now only making strategy is not the solution to the problem.

Now, this solution, will, of course, save lots of human efforts of calculations and of course, saves lots of time to do so. So basically, giving a perfect solution in a minimum of time. And that's what legends do! They give perfect solutions to complex problems in a minimum of time. You can now replace this 'Identifying prime number' problem with any problem in any field. It might be identifying a criminal in the justice system, or identifying the right candidate for the next election or even identifying the next best chess move! **Only the minds who have this kind of problem-solving mindset can grow in the direction of futuristic solutions to complex problems. Hence, coding has become one of the foundational "SKILLS" to have for today's kids.** One needs to know how to read a problem, how to strategize the solution and how to implement it with a great number of constraints. **There's no problem on this planet whose solution won't fit in this format! You learn the SKILL of this format and you have the power to win the entire world!**
